Expectations
Produce quality work through compliance with the firm’s best practices and procedures, managing time within the limits of established budgets and provide real-time feedback to your immediate supervisor on progress
Participate in on-going professional firm training courses to hone technical skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree at job commencement. Ability to sit for the CPA exam preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong organizational skills and analytical abilities

Responsibilities:
Perform duties as assigned by supervisor
Ensure accuracy and quality of assigned projects
Depending on the internship type, duties might include preparation of trial balances and financial statements using appropriate software, travel to clients’ offices if required by the nature of the assigned project, recording transactions in ledgers, conducting schedule computations of accruals, property, and equipment, proofing returns and other financial documents, and calculating depreciation expense
Other duties related to our tax, audit, or advisory practices as needed
Qualifications:
Senior or Graduate students actively pursuing a degree in accounting
Proficiency with computer and spreadsheet software programs, or software appropriate to practice area
General knowledge of internship area as appropriate
